Why Synolon?

Synolon comes from the ancient Greek σύνολον, meaning the whole - that which exists together as an integrated unity. 


It refers to something that cannot be understood by its parts alone, only by how those parts relate and function together. In the context of Synolon Consulting, the name reflects a core belief: leadership, culture, and wellbeing are inseparable elements of the same system. 


When these dimensions are addressed together - rather than in isolation - organisations become more resilient, more human, and more effective.

Megan is an experienced HR and leadership strategist with more than 25 years supporting organisations to unlock human potential, strengthen performance, and navigate complex change.


She is Co-Founder of Synolon Consulting, where she applies deep corporate insight and behavioural expertise to help leaders and teams think more intentionally,

She is Co-Founder of Synolon Consulting, where she applies deep corporate insight and behavioural expertise to help leaders and teams think more intentionally, lead with awareness, and build cultures where performance and wellbeing reinforce each other.


Megan leads people-focused transformation across corporate, professional services, and consulting environments. She has worked as a senior Human Resources Leader, bringing strategic HR capability to organisations across industries - from pharmaceuticals and financial services to telecommunications and higher education - helping them design frameworks that strengthen how people and strategy come together.


Her expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, including:
